Rosh Hashanah

Today marks the first day of Rosh Hashanah (raash·huh·shaa·nuh), also referred to as the Jewish New Year. This 2-day celebration starts the 10 days of repentance. Our Jewish community members may observe this holiday with festive meals and attending religious worship. You may say, “Happy New Year” or “Shana Tova” to your Jewish classmates and/or neighbors.
