Celebrate the Festival of Colors with Creativity!

Join IAAS for a traditional twist on Holi! This year, instead of the color walk, we’re bringing you a fun afternoon filled with music, dance, food, and activities for all ages.

– Music & Dance: Groove to a live DJ and hit the dance floor with family and friends.
– Delicious Food: Enjoy delicious Indian cuisine available for purchase.
– Youth Art & Poetry Competition: Celebrate the creativity and talent of our young community members! Submit your entries by clicking on the link in the flyer (accessible to all)
– Explore local Vendor Booths: This is a wonderful opportunity to support small businesses while finding something special for yourself or your loved one.

– Play with Colors: Head to the outdoor fenced area to enjoy some colorful fun (weather permitting!).

We are excited to announce a Holi-themed Poems and Art Competition for kids! Whether you’re a poet or an artist, we invite you to share your colorful and imaginative creations inspired by the spirit of Holi.

How to Participate:

  1. Poems: Write a poem in English that captures the essence of Holi – the colors, joy, traditions, and celebrations. 
  2. Art: Create a piece of artwork (painting, drawing) inspired by Holi’s vibrant colors and festive atmosphere. 

Eligibility:

  • Open to kids of all ages and skill levels.
  • Poems and artwork should reflect the theme of Holi (colors, joy, unity, love, celebration).

Submission Guidelines:

  • Poems: Maximum 300 words.
  • Art: Art: Canvas, Mixed Media sheets,paints(water color,acrylic,oil) crayons, any colors.
  • Submit your entries by March 7, Friday EOD. 

Prizes:

  • Exciting prizes for the top winners in both categories (Poetry & Art) by age group. 
  • Certificates and recognition for all participants!

How to Submit :

  • Email your poems to iaas.leadership@gmail.comwith the subject line: “Holi Competition Entry – [Poem/Art].” Name and age of your child, along with parents name and contact number. 
  • Bring your completed artwork to the Holi event for display, evaluation and announcement of the winners. 

Last Date to Submit: March 7, Friday.
