This event represents a meaningful opportunity to honor history\, celebrate resilience\, and strengthen the ties between our communities. \nEvent Details \nDate: Friday\, June 19\, 2026 \nCultural Tour of Boston       10:00am \nCommunity Cookout            1:00pm \nLocation: \nJoe Moakley Park \n1005 Columbia Road \nBoston\, MA 02127 \nTransportation: The bus will depart from Sharon High School at 8:45am. Pick up at approximately 9:30am from Stop & Shop\, 301 Centre Street\, Jamaica Plain\, MA 02130. The bus will return back to Stop & Shop at 4:30pm and return to Sharon High School at 5:30pm. \nActivities: Entertainment\, arts & crafts\, bouncy house\, barbecue food\, games\, and more! \nFamilies\, students and community members of all ages are welcome to join us at no cost. To ensure that we have adequate transportation for all\, please register here by June 12\, 2026. \nWhy This Event Matters\nCelebrating Freedom\, Resilience\, & Community:\nJuneteenth embodies the ongoing journey toward full freedom and equality. SUMMARY:20th Annual Father Bullock Run Walk Shuffle
DESCRIPTION:Our goal is to continue the mission of Father Robert Bullock to educate young people on racial\, religious\, economic differences of others through education via educational programs offered by Facing History and Ourselves and Sharon Pluralism to make the world a better place for all. The Conway scholarship was added in 2022 in memory of one of the original members of our race committee and Sharon High School coach. We accomplish this by putting on an event with a 5k Road Race\, 2 Mile Walk and free kids 1k. \nEvent includes t-shirt for first 150 in Road Race and Walk. Post Race Raffle and prizes in 9 male and female categories (top 3). \nCost: $28 prior to May 29th $33 after \n  \nContact: warrensvw@comcast.net
